Lee Jordan Builds a Haunted Legacy at Fear on the Farm
I chat with Lee Jordan to talk about Fear on the Farm. Lee tells me it started nine years ago as a small family haunted house and has grown into a full attraction with three haunted houses, coffin rides, escape games, and even a zombie bow and arrow shoot. The event runs every Friday and Saturday from September through October, plus special shows in November and December for Christmas with Krampus.
He explains how each haunted house offers a different experience. Bloody Mary’s Dark Room is a long walk-through with changing scenes. The Weeping Willow Insane Asylum is an immersive blindfolded attraction where visitors move through holding a rope. Mystery Manor is a virtual reality experience for one person at a time.
Lee says the escape games include Three Minutes or Die and a table-based challenge that adds a level of tension with props and puzzles. He tells me Fear on the Farm is family friendly, but he reminds parents to know their kids’ limits.
Beyond Halloween, Lee also runs a dance studio that has been going for 24 years and promotes wrestling events under Battleground Wrestling. He says passion drives him through long days and tough times. It’s never just about money, but about creating experiences.
He tells listeners to love what they do and commit fully. To learn more or get tickets, visit fearonthefarmwv.com or stop by Fridays and Saturdays from seven to midnight.
